PokeSnoop is a service that automatically searches for and aggregates listings of Pokémon cards and products published on third-party platforms (Leboncoin, Vinted, eBay), in order to identify potentially good deals compared to market price.

PokeSnoop is neither a seller, an intermediary, nor a party to transactions between users and third-party sellers. The site only flags public listings.

2. Access to the Service

PokeSnoop offers free access (Freemium) with limited features, as well as Premium plans offering additional alerts and searches.

PokeSnoop reserves the right to change the features associated with each plan at any time.

3. User Account

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.

Each user may request deletion of their account and data at any time from the settings page or by contacting contact@pokesnoop.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information displayed (price, margin, trust score) is calculated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. PokeSnoop does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of referenced listings.

PokeSnoop disclaims any liability for disputes, fraud, or disagreements arising during a transaction between a user and a third-party seller. It is the user's responsibility to verify each listing before any purchase.

5. Termination

PokeSnoop reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of abusive or fraudulent use of the service.

6. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
